Sales Director
East Midlands based – vending solutions
For a well-established yet innovative, fast-growing solutions provider in the foodservice / food and drink industry, we are recruiting a Sales Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Managing Director, the Sales Director will develop the strategic agenda and implement the sales strategy to maximise business performance, achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Recruiting a sales team, providing leadership and coaching, they will motivate them to achieve a strong performance and to maintain a culture of strong growth and development.
- Whilst maintaining solid, long term customer relationships and leading price negotiations with all accounts, the Sales Director will map out the market, identify business opportunities and take the lead on business development opportunities.
The candidate profile:
- The Sales Director will have gained experience in a fast-paced SME environment building up and managing small sales teams.
- As Head of Sales, Sales Manager or Sales Director, you have demonstrable operational experience managing key accounts and developing new business.
- A developing and motivated natural leader, you thrive on driving performance and growth in an agile and fast-moving SME environment.
