Regional Marketing Manager – Western Europe

Work from home: France, UK, Belgium or Netherlands base

Are you an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager looking for the chance to contribute to the commercial direction of a large global group?

Our client is a dynamic and successful international group looking for a newly created Regional Marketing Manager (Regional Hub Lead) to manage the local marketing strategy and digitalisation for several Western European countries.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will have overall responsibility for local marketing planning and giving input for local adaptations back to Head Office. Sensing local trends, market developments and competition, you will act as the Voice of The Market for your region.
  • Liaising with local Managing Directors, Sales Directors and Digital Marketing Teams, you will design and articulate clear briefs to communicate your local requirements to a external agencies (digital marketing, telemarketing, events etc).
  • As a seasoned Marketing Manager, you will embrace the chance to play a key role in the digitalisation of marketing and commercial leads pre-qualification.

Your skills and experience:

  • A seasoned Marketing Manager from a technical or manufacturing background, it is essential that you have gained experience in a multinational group, with a high degree of interactions with international stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have an excellent, fluent command of English and speak another European language (French an advantage).
  • You have demonstrable experience in developing offline and online channels, with strong digital marketing skills.
  • You will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with a proven capacity to develop effective business relationships with other stakeholders globally.
  • You must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time to other European locations.
