For a well-established manufacturer of road equipment part of a large European group, we are recruiting a Product Marketing Manager.

Main responsibilities:

  • The Product Marketing Manager will set the strategy, roadmap and feature definition for a specific line of vehicles.
  • Developing product expertise as well as market and competition expertise for their brand, they will be responsible for laying out a strong product vision that will deliver unique value based on market and customer demand.
  • They will establish Business Cases for new models taking into account volumes, technology and margins.
  • Owning their product line, the Product Marketing Manager will maximise output of product launches, whilst providing sales tools, customer benefits, USPs and establishing the pricing strategy for their brand.

The candidate profile:

  • A seasoned senior Product Marketing Manager in a complex manufacturing environment (mechanical/electric/hydraulic engineering), you have a successful track record of designing and implementing product marketing strategies on a global scale.
  • Whilst an engineering qualification is not required, it is vital that you are technically minded and curious about technology and engineering.
  • A natural marketeer with excellent communication skills and a proactive and decisive attitude, you must be prepared to own and value your brand and product line.
