For a fast-growing solutions provider in the vending / food and drink industry, we are recruiting an Operations Director to drive and ensure a well-oiled operation.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director and the Sales Director, the Operations Director will develop the strategic agenda and implement the operations strategy to maximise high service levels of a demanding and fast-growing customer base.
  • Providing leadership and coaching, they will motivate the Operations and Technical Support teams to achieve an excellent performance and to maintain a culture of strong growth and development.
  • Whilst developing and maintaining efficient data capturing and reporting systems and processes, ensure the availability and use of data throughout the business for a smooth operation.

The candidate profile:

  • You will have gained experience in a fast-paced SME – preferably retail – environment driving efficiencies whilst developing dynamic operations and technical support teams.
  • As Operations Director with a strong sense of high service levels with corporate customers, you are highly organised and adaptable to switching between different business models.
  • A natural leader, you thrive on driving performance and growth in an agile and fast-moving SME environment.
