Business Development Manager, UK (South West base)

Main responsibilities:
- Working closely with their dynamic, entrepreneurial head office, you will sell our client’s pioneering solutions to residential care homes in your region.
- Whilst leveraging support and resources from group, you will be responsible for your own lead generation, prospects meetings, sales presentations and platform demonstrations to all levels of seniority within the care sector.
- The Business Development Manager will negotiate and deploy the innovative offering within their customer base and monitor implementation.
- The first Business Development Manager in the UK for this innovative solution, you will contribute to the overall strategy to develop the UK territory.
The candidate profile:
- Ideally based in the South West / Wales, you have gained business development experience pro-actively selling solutions, ideally to the care sector.
- Comfortable in a start-up or scale-up environment, you have experience working autonomously whilst leveraging support and resources from customer support, communications and marketing teams back at base.
- It is essential that you have Right to Work in the UK, a valid UK driving license, and an interest in developing French language skills (however basic your French is).
- Whilst experience selling to the care sector would be advantageous, it is more important that you have an affinity with the sector: people and care are essential parts of your DNA.
